Fred retired from a retail management field, most recently from Walgreens, in 2011. He was president of Waterside Village Gardens IV in Venice. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Elaine Mills, of Venice, Fla.; daughter, Tanja Mills-Adams of Fort Myers, Fla.; son, Todd Mills of Venice, Fla.; brother, R. Michael Mills of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; two grandchildren; and three foster siblings. A memorial gathering will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 23, at Farley Funeral Home Venice Chapel with a prayer service following at 1:30 p.m.. A reception will be held at Waterside Village Clubhouse from 2 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sarasota Library System. "William Ervin Arnold, 72 A native of Bluffton, William Ervin Arnold, 72, of Lafayette, Ga., died at 11 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2005, at his home. Death was attributed to a heart attack. Born Aug. 28, 1933 to John A. and Edith D. Bowman Arnold, he was married to the former Amy Bradley, who preceded him in death. He was a retired electrician. Survivors include one son, Jim Arnold, of Kendallville; five daughters, Denise Melton of Chickamauga, Ga., Donna Ware and Tammy Cook, both of Lafayette, Ga.; Shevawn Shoppell of Huntertown and Kim Stigerts of Hobart; three sisters, Evelyn Stammen, Portland, Shirley Lyons, Roanoke, and Phyllis Harness, Warren; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A son, Ricky Arnold, and a brother, Larry E. Arnold of Bluffton, preceded him in death. Services were held at Lafayette, Ga."

Arnold, 64 In failing health the past seven months, Larry Eugene Arnold, 64, of 4684 State Road 201 East, Bluffton, died at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23 at his residence. A native of Wells County, Mr. Arnold retired from Franklin Electric in March of this year after 46 years of service. He was a 1958 graduate of Bluffton High School and an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He attended the First Church of Christ in Bluffton. Born Oct. 9, 1940 in Bluffton to John and Edith Bowman Arnold, his marriage on Oct. 10, 1987 was to Betty A. Mason, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Richard E. Arnold of Ossian and Keith A. Arnold of Bluffton; a daughter, Kellie J. McCart of Indianapolis; two stepsons, David L. Mason of Ossian and Randy L. Mason of Bluffton; two stepdaughters, Joyce L. Crull of Poneto and Judy L. Stewart of Bluffton; five grandchildren, eight step grandchildren; one great grandchild and six step great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother, William Arnold of Lafayette, Ga., and three sisters. Mrs. Gerald (Evelyn) Stammen of Fort Recovery, Ohio; Mrs. William (Shirley) Lines of Roanoke and Mrs. Harold (Phyllis) Harness of Plum Tree. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the First Church of Christ with Pastor Larry Sprinkle officiating and burial in Elm Grove Cemetery. Calling at Thoma/Rich, Hewitt & Chaney Funeral Home will be Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday. Preferred memorials are to Family Hospice of Northeast Indiana."

Larry Faulkner Arnold, 61, of Bluffton, died at 9:00 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. A native and life-long resident, he was born in Bluffton on March 13, 1942 to Kenneth E. and Doris I. Faulkner Arnold and married Connie K. Reaser in Bluffton on Sept. 18, 1960; she survives. A 1960 Bluffton High School graduate, Mr. Arnold was the manager of WADM radio station in Decatur for 20 years after working at WCRD in Bluffton. The past 15 years, he has been an assistant engineer for the Indiana Department of Transportation. Known for his voice, he was lead singer for the musical group “Blue Velvet” and enjoyed announcing at local Little League games and tournaments. He was a member of the American Legion Post 111 and a 40-year member of the Calvary Lutheran Church where he served on the church council. Other survivors include two sons, Bryon Arnold and wife, Rina and Brent Arnold, all of Bluffton; a step-mother, Joetta Arnold of Elwood; a sister, Rhoda Groover of Tipton; a brother, Nick Arnold of Elwood; and one grandson. Calling hours will be Friday from 2 to 9 p.m. at Thoma/Rich, Hewitt & Chaney Funeral Home in Bluffton. Services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church with Pastor Scott Meier officiating. Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery. Preferred memorials to the church."

1Bluffton (Indiana) News-Banner, On Line edition, 19 Dec 2016. "Connie K. Arnold, 74, of Bluffton passed away at 11:26 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family.

Connie was born July 19, 1942, in La Porte to Levi W. and Iris L. Michael Reaser. She graduated in 1960 from P.A. Allen High School and enjoyed having breakfast with the Class of 1960 girls every other Wednesday and meeting with them the first Monday evening every month for dinner.

She worked at Kresge Warehouse, Panhandle Eastern Pipeline, Blue Flame Gas and retired from Ossian State Bank after 19 years of service. She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Bluffton for over 45 years.

On Sept. 18, 1960, Connie and Larry Faulkner Arnold were married in Bluffton. Larry preceded her in death on Dec. 22, 2003.

She is survived by two sons, Bryon (Angie) Arnold and Brent Arnold, both of Bluffton; along with three grandsons, Levi, Braxton and Braydon; and one granddaughter, Jesse; along with a sister, Jacie (Rich) Pfeifer of Murray; and a niece, Monica Brown of Poneto.

A service to celebrate Connie’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, at Calvary Lutheran Church in Bluffton. Calling will take place for one hour prior to the service. Dr. Rev. Jerry O’Neal and Pastor Fredrick “Fred” Hasecke will officiate. Burial will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Bluffton.

Memorials may be made to Friends Who Care Cancer Relief Foundation.
