Wesco, 90, a former resident of Andrews, died at 2:25 a.m. Saturday (March 20, 1999) at Miller's Merry Manor. Mrs. Wesco, a homemaker, was a member of the Jefferson Center United Methodist Church, the church's WSCS, and the Jefferson Township Home Economics Club. She attended Warren High School. Mrs. Wesco was born Aug. 17, 1908, in Jefferson Township, to Oscar and Merty Rowe Arnold. She married Noble S. Wesco on April 27, 1929, in Lancaster. He died Feb. 17, 1975. Survivors include two sons, Dwight Wesco and Wilbur Wesco, both of Mt. Etna; four daughters, Mrs. Mark (Juanita) Anson, Andrews, Mrs. James (Barbara) Mills, Roanoke; Mrs. Jon (Patricia) Johnson, Rotonda, Fla., and Mrs. Kennard (Wilma) Hensel, Andrews; 20 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; a brother, Jacob Arnold, Huntington; and a sister, Mary Renbarger, Warren. Two sisters preceded her in death. Calling is from 3-8 p.m. Monday at the H. Brown and Son Chapel of the Glancy Funeral Homes, Warren, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. Joe Sumwalt officiating. Burial will be at Lancaster Cemetery. Preferred memorials are to the Jefferson Center United Methodist Church."

Mary L. Renbarger, 92, of Ossian, died at 12:40 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2 at Bluffton Regional Medical Center.
Born March 2, 1914 in Huntington County to Oscar and Nettie A. (Rowe) Arnold, her marriage on June 1, 1935 in Huntington was to Oris V. Renbarger, who preceded her in death on Feb. 8, 1992. She was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Huntington County. She attended the Wesleyan Church in Warren.
Surviving are a daughter, Sandra (Donald) Parker of Fort Wayne; two sons, Martin (Vicki) Renbarger of Warren and Donald (Becky) Renbarger of South Whitley; five grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and four step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Hattie Wesko and Nadene Sluter, and a brother, Jacob Arnold.
Calling will be Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Glancy Funeral Homes - H. Brown & Son Chapel in Warren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Chad Finney officiating and burial in Gardens of Memory in Marion.
Preferred memorials are to the family.

Mr. Arnold retired from Wabash Magnetics on Jan. 6, 1976. He was also a Jefferson Township farmer and had worked as a school bus driver for the Huntington County schools and as a janitor at Jefferson Township High School. He was a member of the Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene. He and his wife, Mary, had lived at Big Lake in Noble County for 18 years, and Mr. Arnold served as a former president of the Big Lake Association, Albion. He was born March 25, 1916, in Warren to Oscar and Mertie Rowe Arnold. He attended Jefferson Township High School. He married Mary Daugherty in Dillman on Nov. 6, 1937. His wife survives. Also surviving are three sons, Jerry Arnold, Pelham, N.C., and Harold Arnold and Gerald Arnold, both of Huntington; a sister, Mary Renbarger, Warren; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Harry D. Arnold; three sisters, Hattie Wesco, Violet Hardon and Nadine Slater; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild. Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the United Methodist Memorial Home, 801 Huntington Ave., Warren, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Rev. John Pattison will officiate. Born May 9, 1916 in Huntington County to Perry and Sarah Jane Hart Daugherty, her marriage on Nov. 6, 1937 in Dillman was to Jacob Arnold, who preceded her in death on June 13, 2001. She attended the Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by three sons, Jerry L. Arnold of Pelham, N.C., Harold W. Arnold and Gerald D. Arnold, both of Huntington, a sister, Wilma Edris of Zephyrhills, Fla., six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Harry D., two sisters and two brothers. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Glancy Funeral Homes H. Brown & Son Chapel in Warren. Johnson Sr., 97, died at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, at Meadowvale Care & Rehabilation Center, where he had been a resident the past few years because of failing health. Mr. Johnson, a 1924 graduate of Lancaster High School, traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad and was active in gospel singing programs across the country. He attended the West Missionary Church in Berne until moving to Meadowvale. He was born in Wells County Jan. 27, 1906, a son of Melvin and Anna Wallace Johnson. A first marriage in Hillsdale, Mich., on Aug. 19, 1924 was to Virgie Irene Wilson, who died June 8, 1982; his second marriage in February 1983 was to Jeanette McCune, who survives and resides at Swiss Village in Berne. Surviving also are a son, Phillip E. of Keystone; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Connie) Williams of Decatur; 2 stepsons; 1 stepdaughter; 6 grandchildren; 6 stepgrandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 stepgreat-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren. A son, Paul W. Jr.; a grandson, a great-grandson, a stepson, a stepgrandchild, a brother, and three sisters are deceased. Services at 11 a.m. Saturday will be at the Thoma/Rich, Hewitt and Chaney Funeral Home, where calling hours will be Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday for one hour prior to services. Surviving relatives include one daughter, Ann (Les) Frauhiger of Bluffton; two sons, Ned McCune of Phoenix, Ariz. and Barry (Andrea) McCune of Monroeville; six grandchildren, Brett Nicholson of Warsaw, Chris Frauhiger of Bluffton, Cammy Brantzeg of Downingtown, Pa., Holly Mumaw of South Bend, Shauna Spence of Bayankhungor, Mongolia and Carmen Catellier of Huntington; and six great-grandchildren.
